Poverty rises amongst non- Americans, number of uninsured falls
Posted on Aug 29, 2008 under Uncategorized | No CommentThere’s some good news as well as some bad news for America. Starting off with the not- so- good one, poverty levels in the United States seem to have got steady with time. In the past financial year, there was no rise in poverty though this cannot be said of the bigger picture. Certain non- American groups have definitely seen a rise in poverty and this does not speak well of the nation in any way. A breather, though, comes in the form of an improvement in the number of insured persons in the nation. With improving facilities, the number of uninsured persons have fallen considerably by about 1.3 million between 2006 and 2007.
